Still-Life Photographer

I initially chose liveBooks because I saw many of my respected colleagues using liveBooks websites, and I’ve always thought the sites looked so polished and modern. This was exactly the look I needed to tie together my logo, promo cards and portfolios. I have been with liveBooks for almost three years, and just completely overhauled and updated my old liveBooks site to a new Scaler site. The results are amazing! My images look so sharp on any size monitor, and the whole process was smooth and relatively painless. liveBooks support staff are very helpful, and very quick to respond.

I feel I have to stay fresh and on the cutting-edge when it comes to the design and marketing of my photography and liveBooks lives up to those standards.

Initially, my primary reason for considering a liveBooks website was for the ease of use of their editSuite. Then the preDesigned sites came along and I was definitely sold. I was able to add my custom logo to my preDesigned site. It worked perfectly with my new identity and the look and feel I wanted for my photography. I am thrilled with the results and have received a lot of positive feedback. Just recently, with the help of my new web site, I was offered a contract with a creative stock photography agency.

As our work progressed so did our style, technology and need for personal control of our website. When we needed to make updates to our previous site we had to depend on a designer and a developer. This became inefficient and costly. I decided to switch to liveBooks so we could easily manage our content, provide our clients with personalized access, and the ability for others to view the site on the iPhone and iPad.
Getting our website up and running was easy. I was able to find answers to all my questions in liveBooks’ video tutorials. My time is no longer spent updating my website. It is spent creating new images and running my business. liveBooks keeps us up on the latest technology and features so we do not have too. As a photographer and a small business this is really important. They are a great business partner!

When I discovered liveBooks I finally found a good partner. liveBooks has created a website that is so easy to use you can save your time for creativity. They help me to focus on my job because I spend less time building my website. The interface is really simple to use and FTP is an essential tool for my everyday customer communication. I strongly recommend liveBooks if you want to stay in touch with the latest technologies and methods to feature your work.

I’ve been using liveBooks and love it! The editSuite is very intuitive and my design is clean and simple – which is just what I wanted to showcase my work. My liveBooks site has been so effective that I am going to have another liveBooks website designed for my second business.
